About
Catalyst’s work is grounded in a simple observation:
Misalignment quietly undermines families over time. At best, it leads to slower decisions and strategic drift; at worst, it erodes generational wealth.
Our work focuses on helping principals, families and family offices to clarify purpose, align generations and support governance, decision-making and long-term stewardship. Where external expression matters, brand and reputation follow from this work.
The advisory was founded by India Wooldridge, a global strategic leader and consumer intelligence researcher with over 20 years’ experience studying how individuals, families and communities shape identity, values and decision-making. Her previous research focused on how upbringing, culture and relationships influence behaviour, power dynamics and long-term outcomes. That perspective now informs Catalyst’s work with families navigating complexity, transition and long-term stewardship.
India has lived and worked across four continents, advising leaders and organisations at moments where clarity, calm and conviction are vital. Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Inc. and at SXSW.
She writes regularly on the evolving role of family alignment, brand and influence in the context of generational wealth. Recent work includes contributions to The Rising Role of Women in Family Offices and Family Businesses. She is currently co-leading Generation Impact, new research offering a deeply human perspective on the rising generation at the centre of the greatest transfer of wealth of all time.
