About
Catalyst works with families and family offices to assess whether the system that created the wealth is prepared to sustain it, then helps establish the alignment required for governance, succession and long-term stewardship.
Our work is grounded in a simple truth:
Alignment builds generational wealth. Misalignment erodes it.
At best, misalignment leads to slower decisions and strategic drift; at worst, it fragments priorities, capital and legacy.
Our work begins inside the family system: clarifying purpose, aligning generations and strengthening governance and decision-making so family stewardship is sustained over time. Where external presence matters, brand and reputation reflect that underlying alignment.
The advisory was founded by India Wooldridge, a global strategic leader and consumer intelligence researcher with over 20 years’ experience studying how individuals, families and communities shape identity, values and decision-making. Her previous research focused on how upbringing, culture and relationships influence behaviour, power dynamics and long-term outcomes. That perspective now informs Catalyst’s work with families navigating complexity, transition and long-term stewardship.
India has lived and worked across four continents, advising leaders and organisations at moments where clarity, calm and conviction are vital. Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Inc. and at SXSW.
She writes regularly on the evolving role of family alignment, brand and influence in the context of generational wealth. Recent work includes contributions to The Rising Role of Women in Family Offices and Family Businesses. She is currently co-leading Generation Impact, new research offering a deeply human perspective on the rising generation at the centre of the greatest transfer of wealth of all time.
